Reporting to the Chief Marine Officer, you will be responsible for the strategic management of all aspects of the Group fleet of vessels, and to ensure the fleet optimum performance, smooth and efficient processes to support the business needs and meet international maritime industry rules and regulations. Responsible for digitalisation, continuous improvement in fleet processes through identification and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, safety and cost-effectiveness.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize fleet routing, manage emissions and fuel consumption, and support the continuous improvement of operational processes through automation and digitalization initiatives.
