Are you our next Head of Freight Operations who will manage a global team of freight operators driving performance and process improvement in close connection with the chartering and trading? This role will lead a large operations team (>30 people/>400 vessels). Your goals are to always ensure properly aligned processes and procedures are followed by Operators world‑wide.

We are searching for a candidate with strong interest and understanding of Dry Bulk environment who is a proven result-oriented leader. In this position, you will above all, provide support and development to others, communicate effectively, and demonstrate you can easily and effectively resolve problems.
