Opportunity Description

This role will suit someone who combines strategic thinking with a strong bias for action. You'll be comfortable operating at both executive and operational levels, moving between commercial planning, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and hands-on execution as required.
 
Key areas of focus include:


  • Owning commercial revenue performance across products, customer segments, and channels

  • Setting and driving growth and retention targets in partnership with executive leadership

  • Identifying opportunities for commercial improvement, market expansion, and revenue optimisation

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a multidisciplinary commercial team across sales, account management, marketing, CRM, and customer growth functions
