Opportunity Description
Role summary
Reporting to the CMO, the Head of Growth Marketing is accountable for delivering the growth marketing strategy and its outcomes. Partnering closely with sales leaders and supported by the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will design and scale multi‑channel outbound and ABM programs, build sales enablement and content, and generate high‑quality pipeline through direct, partner and reseller channels.
Strategy & planning
- Own growth marketing strategy and plan (outbound + inbound) aligned to revenue targets and budget set with the CMO
- Define new customer acquisition, client retention, referral and reseller program strategies; prioritize channels and tactics based on ROI
- Create campaign roadmaps, SLAs with Sales, and an integrated CX/handoff framework
