The foundations are there across paid social, search, SEO, CRM, and a contact centre already running. What's missing is the leader who sets the vision, holds the P&L, and builds a world-class growth function that directly impacts clinical outcomes.

You report to the Founders. You own the number.

• Define and execute the long‑term growth roadmap; translate the founder’s vision into a data‑driven acquisition strategy across paid, organic, partnerships, and brand.
• Lead and scale the Growth Marketing team, BD function, and Patient Contact Centre with direct management accountability.
