What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • More than 12 years of related experience.

  • Degree in relevant field.

  • Able to communicate across cultures and levels (engineers to executives).

  • Experience managing hybrid/office transitions and IT asset procurement.

  • Strong grasp of tech compensation benchmarking across Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan.

  • Strong vendor negotiation skills; understands contracts, pricing, and service levels.
