We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of HR – Manufacturing & Logistics to join Harvey & Brockless, part of The Compleat Food Group (TCFG).

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape and deliver a high-impact people strategy across a multi-site manufacturing and logistics operation of c.400 colleagues in the UK, with oversight of our Dubai operation.

You’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading transformation, and embedding a high-performing, inclusive culture—whilst supporting the ongoing integration into TCFG.
