Head of HR Ops & Payroll

Innovative engineering and technology services firm with a diverse customer base in the global automotive, aviation, rail, and energy sectors.Focusing on the UK business and reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead the HR and Payroll operations across three UK entities, ensuring the delivery of a first-class, Group aligned HR service to a population of c1000 employees during a period of change. You will also be pivotal in driving harmonistaion between these three BU’s, across payrolls, benefits, pensions, HR operations, and work in a project-focused, change-based environment. In this role, you will provide advisory services and coverplex, highly sensitive ER cases whilst ensuringpliance with UK EL.
