Head of HSEQ

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Head of HSSE to join a leading bunker barges shipowner based in Singapore. The Head of HSSE will be responsible for leading the Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) department, ensuring compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement, fostering a robust safety culture, and maintaining operational excellence within ship management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Compliance: Leads a team of 5 Marine Professionals to develop, implement, and oversee the company's HSSE policies, procedures, and objectives so as to ensure alignment with international maritime regulations and industry best practices.
