Head of Human Resources, Foreign Wholesale Bank

My client is a foreign wholesale bank with a growing regional presence. They are looking for a driven HR professional to join the Singapore Branch as the Head of Human Resources (“HR”).

Reporting to the Singapore Country Officer and a functional reporting to HQ HR, the Head of HR will lead the Human Resources function for the Singapore office. This role is pivotal in shaping people strategy, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving organizational culture. The successful candidate will oversee a small team and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
