Head of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, ER, performance, admin)
• Develop & improve HR policies, systems, and procedures
• Support organization development & talent planning
• Drive performance management & employee development programs
• Provide HR advice to management & ensure compliance
• Monitor engagement and drive improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR/Psychology/Business or related)
• Min. 7 years HR experience (generalist/HRBP)
• Experienced in HR systems & policy development
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Fluent English
• Proactive & able to work independently

Plus Points:

• Experience in HR transformation / OD
• Manufacturing / project industry background
• Knowledge of labor law
• Japanese or Mandarin skill are highlighted.
