Job Purpose

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

•Support the preparation of the ICT budget

•Advise management on relevant software applications and digital solutions

•Set objectives and strategies for the ICT Department in line with the Bank’s corporate goals

•Select and implement appropriate technologies to streamline internal operations and optimise strategic benefits

•Design and customize technologist systems and platforms to delight both internal and external customer experience

•Oversee the Bank’s technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) to ensure optimal performance and reliability
