A leading financial institution, is recruiting for a Head of Industrials and Manufacturing to lead and shape sector-driven growth strategies across multiple African markets within the Business Banking environment. This executive-level opportunity is suited to a commercially astute leader who can balance growth, risk, profitability, and portfolio performance while influencing enterprise-wide decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the Industrials and Manufacturing sector strategy in alignment with business growth, risk, and return objectives.

  • Develop and execute sector-specific growth, profitability, and market penetration plans across multiple markets.
