Head of Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC)

Are you ready to lead a busy Operations Control Centre that coordinates operational safety, efficiency and resilience across our network? At SolitAir , we’re seeking an experienced and adaptable leader to establish and head the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC). This role will set the strategy, build the team, and oversee integrated operational control functions that ensure safe, compliant and on‑time service delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Establish and operationally manage the IOCC, including staffing, processes, tools and performance metrics to deliver 24/7 operational control.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination between flight operations, maintenance control, ground operations, cargo planning, safety, and regulatory liaison to resolve disruptions and maintain continuity.
