Broadridge is seeking a Head of International Sourcing who will serve as an active leader, regularly engaging with executives across Europe and Asia Pacific to understand their priorities and help to deliver with results aligned to their success.

You will be expected to be hands‑on and demonstrate decisioning frameworks which consider ROI, trade‑offs, cycle time and quality, risk mitigation, and sustainability. The ideal candidate is well versed in sales techniques and comfortable leading negotiations across large commercial deals, adept at balancing and aligning partner needs with deal economics and near‑and‑longer‑term organizational priorities.
