Head of Investor Acquisition (Luxury Real Estate, Bali)

Compensation: $2,500 Salary + 0.5% of personal deals + 0.5% of team sales

We are seeking a leader for our premium division to establish a channel for investor acquisition by working within top Bali hotels (Ritz-Carlton, Kempinski, Apurva, Mulia, etc.).

Team Structure:

Promoters (2 people per hotel)

• Promoter Salary: $1,000–$1,500 (based on experience and English proficiency)
• Promoter Commission: 1.5% per deal
• Role: Operate within the selected hotel as guests, gently engaging with VIP tourists and booking them for a Private Viewing Tour.

Manager Compensation: The Head of Investor Acquisition receives 0.5% from every deal generated by their clients.
