PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients from Furniture Manufacture in finding great talent as Head of IT for Lamongan placement with the detail as follows:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, network, Wi-Fi, and end-user support.
- Oversee troubleshooting, maintenance, and security of all IT systems and equipment.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company's internal applications and systems.
- Translate business needs into system enhancements and drive digitalization initiatives.
- Lead and develop the IT team while working closely with the Director and European owners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
