Legal Strategy & Advisory

Act as chief legal advisor to the Board of Directors and senior management on all legal matters

Provide legal guidance to support business strategy, investment decisions, and operational activities

Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across the group

Regulatory & Mining Compliance

Ensure full compliance with Indonesian mining laws and regulations, including: Mining licenses (IUP, IUPK, RKAB, PPKH, IPPKH)Environmental regulations (AMDAL, reclamation & post-mining obligations)Energy and mineral resources regulations

Liaise with government authorities and regulators (ESDM, KLHK, BKPM, local ...
