Head of legal

The Legal Head will lead the legal, regulatory, and compliance functions of the organization and act as a strategic business partner to the management team. The role is responsible for protecting the company's legal interests across land acquisitions, project development, commercial transactions, litigation, and regulatory matters. The incumbent will provide proactive legal guidance, manage contractual and statutory obligations, mitigate legal risks, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws governing the real estate sector.
