Head of Legal Operations

As Head of Legal Operations you will serve as a strategic advisor delivering high-level legal guidance across a diverse global portfolio. Your expertise will span hotel and residences management agreements, M&A, real estate, finance, intellectual property and international dispute resolution. In this role you will play a pivotal part in safeguarding Kempinski’s global interests while driving the brand’s strategic expansion across both emerging and established markets.

Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiation: Lead the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of all contracts including complex Hotel and Residences Management Agreements, technical services agreements and franchise contracts.
• Corporate Governance: Advise on corporate secretarial matters, joint ventures and international entity management.
