In this leadership position, you will provide high-level strategic counsel to the executive management team regarding complex regional transactions, including project development, acquisitions, commercial contracts, and power and utilities across ASEAN. Your mandate includes building the internal legal department from inception, establishing standardised frameworks, and implementing robust contract management systems. Additionally, you will oversee all regulatory and corporate compliance to ensure adherence to internal policies and local laws across all operating jurisdictions.
