Position: Senior Manager - Sales Operations and Marketing

Reports to: Founder

Location: Mumbai (in-office)

What this role is

We need a marketing senior who can build and run two things: a content and brand machine that drives inbound, and a sales infrastructure that keeps the pipeline visible and moving. You will not be doing sales. You will be making sure the systems, data, and reporting around sales work properly, while spending most of your energy on marketing that actually converts.

This is not a performance marketing role. We do not run paid ads. Our growth comes from content, SEO, events, referrals, and reputation. If your instinct is to throw budget at Meta and Google, this is not the right fit.
