Opportunity Description
Head of Marketing – Luxe Division (12 Month FTC)
Build the brand’s long‑term marketing strategy in the UKI and lead the execution of end‑to‑end campaigns in partnership with Trade Activation Team and stakeholders. Mentor and coach your marketing team, driving brand growth and storytelling across the organization.
Responsibilities
- ANALYSIS & DIAGNOSTIC:
- Guide my team to work closely with experts across the company (e.g., Category, RGM, Business Growth Partner, Retail & Education, Activation Team, CRM, CMI, Community Manager) and deep dive into business performance and customer data to draw insights.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities to identify best practices.
- Understand advocacy landscape.
