Head of Mechanical

We are currently looking for a permanent Head of Mechanical to join our team at Dunbar Cement Plant. This role is site based 5 days per week, Monday to Friday on a 37 hour week. Role Responsibility In the role of Head of Mechanical you will be responsible for: Medium to long-term objectives of the Mechanical Maintenance department. Acting as a champion for engineering improvements and promoting best practices for the Plant. Managing and motivating the team, ensuring coordination and cooperation between Maintenance and other Plant departments.
