We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head of MFL (French & Spanish) to lead the dynamic Modern Foreign Languages provision with a wonderful secondary School based in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and committed MFL Teacher to shape the future of language learning, inspire a love for Spanish language and culture, and drive outstanding student outcomes.
As Head of Department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a knowledge‑rich and culturally enriching curriculum, ensuring all students have access to high‑quality language education. You will lead and support a team of languages teachers, fostering a culture of excellence, enthusiasm, and linguistic ambition within the department.
