Head of MGA Enablement France

Overview

This role supports the delivery of Gallagher Re’s MGA enablement proposition in France and broader in EMEA, with flexibility to be based in Paris, Brussels, or Luxembourg. You will play a key role in developing and delivering solutions that translate market opportunity into a scalable and repeatable MGA proposition, tailored to local market, regulatory, and capacity needs. Working closely with colleagues across reinsurance, analytics, and programmes teams, you will help bring together the capabilities needed to support MGA clients at different stages of their growth journey.
