This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on production-grade machine learning systems that directly shape customer experience and commercial performance across one of the UK’s leading consumer platforms. You’ll lead a team responsible for recommendation, ranking, search and personalisation systems embedded across customer journeys, while also shaping the next generation of AI-driven product experiences using LLMs and generative AI.
