Oasis Academy Mayfield is seeking an ambitious and inspiring Head of Modern Foreign Languages to lead and further develop a thriving, MFL department within our academy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MFL teacher and aspiring or established middle leader to make a significant impact in shaping language learning, championing high standards, inclusion, and cultural enrichment. All students currently study French as core from Year Y7-11 and we are excited to work with the successful applicant to move the department forward and shape the future of languages at Mayfield.
