Job Overview
The Head of North Europe will define and execute the business strategy across Elekta’s Oncology, Brachytherapy, Neurosurgery, and Software portfolios within the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Netherlands, and Belgium. The role holds direct accountability for the Sales organization and works through a matrixed structure with Service, Order Fulfilment, and Marketing teams to deliver on revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the cluster’s go-to-market strategy, identifying growth opportunities across Oncology, Brachytherapy, Neurosurgery, and Software.
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts through clear, forward‑looking sales plans.
- Work closely with Marketing to deliver campaigns, events and materials that support commercial objectives.
