ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pricing/Access Strategy

  • Develop and execute company-level pricing and access strategies for all on-market brands and new assets, with strategic coverage spanning from early clinical phases (PH1) through post-launch, to ensure effective launch, lifecycle management, and value optimization
  • Act as a central hub to drive collaboration across China Market Access, Business Units, and Global teams, with a focus on maximizing outcomes in NRDL, VBP, CHI, and tendering processes
  • Provide in-depth local market insights and policy analyses to shape and refine both local and global market access strategies, ensuring that corporate objectives are achieved within China’s dynamic healthcare landscape

  • Develop and implement payer evidence strategies by collaborating with R&D, Medical, and Early Commercial teams, oversee health economic research projects to support reimbursement, policy advocacy, hospital acces...
