Leading OD, engagement and people transformation strategies aligned to the College's strategic plan
Driving culture change, leadership development and capability frameworks across the organisation
Leading workforce planning, organisational design and HR transformation projects
Using people data and analytics to inform decision making and reporting at senior level
Improving engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and retention through targeted initiatives
