Opportunity Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Operations

  • Manage the execution of operational processes for the organization, such as transaction adjustments, settlement reconciliation, and also provide support on MIS reporting
  • Maintain and ensure up-to-date of operation manuals and other procedures of the department
  • Design the operational process and step-by-step procedure to support changes on existing business products/services and new business products/services
  • Manage the customer hotline service to ensure all enquires are properly handled
  • Manage complaint cases to ensure properly settled and documented
  • Responsible for user account management function and the related revalidation
  • Support any other operational works required for delivering services to customers/business partners
