Head of Operations

Our client is a Singapore-based investment firm (family office) seeking a Head of Operations. The firm primarily invests in Japanese listed equities, while also allocating capital to domestic and global venture capital funds, as well as making direct investments in startups.

Beyond capital deployment, the firm places strong emphasis on creating sustainable value and addressing social challenges through active business support. It also plays an active role in supporting the overseas expansion of its portfolio companies. In private markets and venture investments, the firm focuses on sectors such as agri-tech, climate technology, education, and deep tech.

This position serves as a key partner to the principal, acting as an operational leader responsible for overseeing the firm’s overall back‑office functions. The role covers a wide scope including finance, accounting, investment operations, data analytics, office management, and compliance.
