Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Change Management, SEAA

At Chanel, we seek a strategic leader to shape and execute the organisational development agenda across Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand (SEAA). This trusted advisor will drive the design and evolution of the regional operating model, build future‑ready capabilities and domains, and lead end‑to‑end transformation initiatives. Working closely with the Director, P&O SEAA and cross‑functional stakeholders, the role ensures the organisation is structured, skilled and culturally aligned to deliver on business strategy and support Chanel’s ambition to be the world’s best employer.
