Build, lead, and deliver a structured high‑performance swimming programme that produces consistent competitive results while developing swimmers through a clear and sustainable elite pathway.

• Programme Leadership and Strategy: Design and implement annual and multi‑year performance strategies for the entire competitive pathway. Establish benchmarks, KPIs, and progression standards across Development, Competitive, and Performance squads. Ensure alignment between training, competition objectives, and long‑term athlete development.
