Head of Performance Marketing
The role:
As Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead paid media and CRM strategy and execution, driving efficient, scalable growth through data‑led optimisation, testing and insight. This is a senior marketing leadership role with clear ownership of performance marketing ROI, customer acquisition cost, and customer value across key markets.
Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and cross‑functional teams including Brand, Content, SEO, Digital Experience, Finance and branch leadership, you will shape channel strategy, manage budgets and partners, and make performance marketing impact visible across the business.
