As we continue to scale internationally, we're looking for a driven and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to own our paid media strategy and help fuel our next phase of growth.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for owning and driving Represent's performance marketing strategy across all paid channels. You will lead on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our DTC channels, working closely with the wider marketing, e‑commerce, and creative teams to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns that perform at scale.
