Head of Performance Marketing

We are seeking a commercially driven, highly analytical and results-oriented Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global customer acquisition strategy and drive sustainable business growth across key international markets. This role owns the end-to-end performance of paid acquisition, including customer growth, acquisition efficiency, conversion quality, ROI and long-term customer value. Beyond media buying, the successful candidate will be responsible for translating growth objectives into measurable business outcomes, ensuring acquisition efforts contribute meaningfully to funded accounts, trading activity, retention and revenue generation. As a key member of the growth leadership team, you will work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Data, Sales, Compliance and Regional Marketing teams to optimize the entire customer acquisition funnel and scale growth efficiently across Europe, MENA, APAC and LATAM.
