Job Overview

Head of Pricing – Hiscox Portfolio Solutions (London Market). Permanent role within the Senior Manager regime.

As a key member of the Portfolio Solutions Leadership team, you will shape and execute pricing strategy across the division, monitor financial performance of portfolio classes, provide independent challenge and insight to senior leaders, and lead a high‑performing pricing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute pricing strategy for all portfolio classes, providing independent insight and challenge to the leadership team.
• Partner with underwriting, finance, and risk teams to align pricing with business growth objectives.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators for portfolio and pricing performance.
