As the GM/Head of Product & Program, you will drive the entire product lifecycle from UI redesign to market strategy. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in consumer health and biofeedback technologies, coupled with a strategic mindset. You will define KPIs, oversee high-performing teams, and make data-driven decisions to enhance human potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the product vision and execution, ensuring quality UI/UX
• Define North Star KPIs for retention and performance
• Lead a team spanning engineering, design, and QA roles
• Implement analytics and A/B testing for iteration
