Venuu is far away from being just an early‑stage startup searching for product‑market fit; they are a solid business operating in five markets across Europe with a team of 30 and a marketplace GMV of approximately 20M€ per year. Right now, they are in the midst of a critical transition: moving from a “business‑ops heavy” model into a technology‑first organisation.
