Head of Production line, NEXBTL/HPU

We will lead operations in Singapore Renewables Refining Production line (NEXBTL/HPU) targeting safe, reliable, and profitable operation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, auditors, local authorities, contractors, partners, and customers.

• Lead the Production line (HVO/NEXBTL and Hydrogen production/HPU) operations to ensure safe, reliable, and profitable operations while maintaining full compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead the production line leadership team and broader organization to foster an inclusive, high‑engagement culture that drives talent development, succession planning, and upskilling in renewable technologies.
