Avalon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Property Compliance to join a leading Housing Association committed to providing high-quality accommodation and support services. This pivotal role involves ensuring the organisation's properties meet all necessary health, safety, and compliance standards, creating safe and desirable living environments for residents.

The Role:

As Head of Property Compliance, you will be instrumental in managing the building, health & safety, and compliance portfolios. You will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the repairs and maintenance and Customer Services Teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to customers and stakeholders.
