Head of qa testing

A senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the quality strategy for a complex gambling organisation spanning online gaming, mobile apps, websites, and land based casino and bingo systems. The position ensures every product and player journey meets the highest standards of reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, and player protection. The remit includes modernising QA, scaling automation to around 70 % coverage and introducing AI‑driven and LLM‑powered testing capabilities.
