Head of Quality Control

The Head – Quality Control will lead the complete quality control functions at Ultimate Alloys, ensuring delivery of high-integrity steel castings meeting stringent customer and international standards. The role is responsible for quality planning, inspection systems, customer compliance, NDT coordination, root cause analysis, audit management, and continuous quality improvement across foundry.

The candidate should possess strong exposure in steel foundry operations, especially in critical castings for oil & gas, refinery, pump, valve, and EPC customers.

• Lead and manage the entire QC department including inspectors, NDT personnel and lab technicians.
• Develop robust quality systems aligned with customer and international requirements.
• Drive a proactive quality culture across melting, molding, pouring, heat treatment, fettling, welding, machining, and final inspection stages.
