The Role

• This is not a traditional recruiting role focused solely on process management.


• The recruiter is expected to run a “flywheel”: source, screen, and close candidates, then rebuild the funnel for the next role.


• The role requires proactive sourcing, not just managing inbound applications.


• The recruiter must be able to sell the company, the role, and the growth trajectory to candidates, and negotiate offers assertively.


• Speed and adaptability are essential; calibration with hiring managers should happen in days, not weeks.
