Opportunity Description
The purpose of the role is to design and manage a comprehensive Rewards System and policies across all staff segments within OCBA, to ensure alignment with organizational needs and contribute to intersectional initiatives.
JOB OVERVIEWThe Head of Rewards Unit leads the strategic development and implementation of OCBA’s rewards framework, ensuring consistency, equity, and alignment with MSF’s global HR vision. The role supports regional units, advises leadership, and manages a team of Rewards Advisors. It also plays a key role in intersectional initiatives, representing OCBA’s interests and ensuring harmonization across MSF entities.
