Qualifications & Skills:
§ At least a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT or other related field
§ 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales leadership role
within the B2B SaaS industry or IT-related industry.
§ Proven track record of successfully scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive
growth targets in a B2B environment.
§ Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in retail/shopping malls related sectors.
§ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
§ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, particularly in a B2B
context.
§ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies
accordingly.
