Viridian Staffings Client is looking for a Head of Sales in the Chicago, Illinois, area to lead their sales efforts and drive growth within the state. This role will require a strong combination of sales strategy, market analysis, and team leadership. In this position, you will collaborate with leadership to establish sales goals and implement sales plans designed to drive company growth. You will be responsible for successfully developing/seeing through sales and marketing strategies; leading, training, and supporting sales reps, developing long-term customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional communication and account management.
