Head of Sales - Commercial

The role provides end-to-end commercial leadership - covering go-to-market execution, team performance, product commercialisation, pipeline discipline, and the alignment of sales activity to business sustainability.

You must be capable of building the structure, driving the strategy, developing the team, and delivering the numbers - in a business where commercial execution must now match the strength of the product, with a disciplined focus on sustainable profitability.
